Ingredients (for 4 people):
- Manganji sweet pepper … 300 g
- Salt salt … a bit
- Frying oil … appropriate amount
How to make:
- Open a hole in the Manganji Sweek pepper
- Heat oil to 160 degrees and cook 1 until the color starts to change. Serve with a touch of salt.
2, Stir-Fried
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- Manganji Sweet Pepper … 300 g
- Bonito Flakes … a bit
- Soy sauce … appropriate amount
How to make:
- Put the Manganji sweet pepper on a heated grill and grill untill it gets slightly black.
- Sprinkle the bonito flakes on top and serve it with soy sauce.
