Deep-Fried and Stir-Fried Manganji pepper

1, Deep-Fried

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • Manganji sweet pepper … 300 g
  • Salt salt … a bit
  • Frying oil … appropriate amount

How to make:

  1. Open a hole in the Manganji Sweek pepper
  2. Heat oil to 160 degrees and cook 1 until the color starts to change. Serve with a touch of salt.

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • Manganji Sweet Pepper … 300 g
  • Bonito Flakes … a bit
  • Soy sauce … appropriate amount

How to make:

  1. Put the Manganji sweet pepper on a heated grill and grill untill it gets slightly black.
  2. Sprinkle the bonito flakes on top and serve it with soy sauce.
